With an abundance of élan and dedication, our kitchen team conjures up - day in and day out - some 100 different dishes. Appropriate to the time of year and the occasion, our extensive menu is supplemented by an array of seasonal and theme specials. At the Grünauerhof, we place particular emphasis on the use of high-quality ingredients and organic produce in the preparation of our dishes. This is due, in part, to Georg Eisl, who runs our farm and vegetable gardens, as well as the butcher's shop.
