At the heart of our cuisine are the high-quality products from our own farm, accompanied by exquisite ingredients that we get delivered regionally from our wonderful surroundings wherever possible. Because when our region, the Salzburger Land and in particular the Salzburger Becken, provides such an abundance of harvest gifts and carefully produced end products, it goes without saying that these form the foundation of the wonderful cuisine at the Grünauerhof. Menu with seasonal specialties
With a lot of verve and dedication, the kitchen team conjures up - day after day - around 100 different dishes. Depending on the season and occasion, the extensive menu is always extended by special seasonal or themed menus. From full-flavoured meat specialties to local fish to vegetarian creations with a twist and, not to forget, the wonderful Austrian desserts, the menu selection leaves nothing to be desired.

State-of-the-art technology and equipment, cold rooms and an air-conditioned, bright working area ensure an efficient and relaxed working atmosphere even on busy days.
