The Finnish sauna will make you sweat at 90 °C. A fully automatic infusion will supply more heat every 20 minutes. You would like it gentler? Then the bio sauna is the sauna of your choice. At 60 °C you can stay a little longer and enjoy the aroma. Four different herbal infusions will tickle your nose while you let your gaze wander to the Untersberg through the window. The eucalyptus-scented steam bath with a temperature of 45 °C will give you the feeling of relaxing in a forest.
Separate dress-on sauna
We have a dress-on sauna for families and all those who prefer an alternative. It is heated to 75 °C. Accompanied by their parents, children can also get to know the beneficial climate of the sauna here.
Refreshment after the sauna
For a full-blown experience, the cooldown after the sauna is equally important. Grab some crushed ice from the fountain or jump into the adventure shower which will get your circulation going and leave behind an especially relaxed feeling. Breathe fresh air on the large terrace with a view. It is important that you drink enough between your visits to the sauna: Vitalising teas made of regional herbs as well as fresh water will be available at the tea bar.
